[Request]Language flags

Hey, is there any way to add these langugage flags to the torrent list in new engine version? The flags are generated from MediaInfo and are split between audio and subtitles.

Looks quite messy to me. It should be a user setting defaulted to disabled if someone wants to send a PR. In addition, this info should be saved to the db if this were to be implemented, not parsed from the mediainfo in real time.

something like below you would have for example drop down menu (arrow down) to expand for more info
that would be awesome feature for all looking for movies with specific subtitles, currently instead if one movie lists 20 versions you need to open in seperate tab all of them and go one by one to check which was has correct subtitles
