Missing ${Gaudi_DIR} cmake variable installing FCCSW

Installing fccsw using Spack, the fccrun.in template file gets created replacing ${Gaudi_DIR} with an empty space. It might be a problem during the configure step or due to the fact that we are using relocatable binaries to install in cvmfs.
