"Open Images" for an ROI subpanel detector resizes images incorrectly #1942
Description
The "Open Images" dialog automatically resizes the detectors to match the images that are being loaded.
However, this is problematic for ROI subpanel setups, where the sizes should not match, and the detectors should not be resized.
We should make sure we disable this behavior for ROI subpanel setups.
