Make grid specs available #29
Description
Grid input files are not available for the public. For course participants for the currently running TerrSysMP Fall School I made it just available below /p/project1/training2538/shared_data/Day5/detect_grid_specs, because they cannot access the DETECT CentralDB (group permissions). Also the DETECT GitLab group (and instance) are not available.
Proposed solution: Put a new repo without on GitHub with links and checksums to the data files on https://datapub.fz-juelich.de/
or clean up the repo first and put everything on GitHub, because I think there are lots of tempfiles and old commits that are not needed in the repo...
