Hi, I noticed a possible inconsistency in the description. The report mentions a "unilateral pulmonary infection" with "one infected area involving the left lung and middle right lung," which seems to span both lungs. However, the segmentation mask only involves one side. Could you please clarify why a single region is described as affecting both lungs, yet labeled as unilateral and annotated only on one side?
