Inverse converter of EBI-Metabolights/mztabm2mtbls

I will develop a reverse-conversion Python package for #24 ( https://github.com/EBI-Metabolights/mztabm2mtbls ).

ISA-Tab MetaboLights has often lacked CV terms in the past, I believe an ontology mapping tool like https://rsgoncalves.github.io/text2term/ will be necessary to supplement them.
I will share any updates or questions here as they arise.
