EDAM ontology has concepts to capture processing steps.
We should consider how to use EDAM for the semantic mapping profile.

EDAM is currently not included in the standard mapping file, nor is it mentioned in examples.

- Example files: if possible, modify an existing or add a new example file (Existing example files)

Next Steps, once we reach an agreement on the changes above:
