Allow users to choose a custom avatar and display it when the camera is off #168
Description
Right now, when the camera is turned off, a default user icon is shown. For now, we want to let users choose a temporary avatar . The selected avatar will only remain active during the current session.
Acceptance Criteria:
Add an option for users to upload or select an avatar locally.
Display the chosen avatar when the camera is off.
Use the default user icon if no avatar is selected.
No backend storage avatar should reset when the user refreshes or leaves.
