[Enhancement]: Add Dynamic Background Animations to Hacktoberfest Page

Describe the enhancement

Add visually engaging background animations to the Hacktoberfest landing page to make it more festive and immersive.
Proposed ideas include:

• Falling pumpkins 🎃 / leaves 🍂 / confetti 🎉 animations using lightweight canvas or CSS particles.
• Gradient glow and pulse effects that sync subtly with the countdown timer.
• Hover-based light trails or spark animations when users move the mouse.
• Use Framer Motion or Three.js (optional for 3D depth) while keeping performance optimized.
• Ensure animations pause or reduce intensity for users with prefers-reduced-motion enabled.

Current vs. improved behavior

• Current: Static background with a clean design — clear but visually minimal.

• Improved: Adds motion, energy, and celebration to the Hacktoberfest section, aligning with the festival vibe.

  • Enhances user engagement.
  • Adds “wow factor” for visitors during Hacktoberfest.
  • Keeps animations smooth and non-intrusive (<60 FPS stable).

Additional context

• Can reuse existing theme colors (orange/black/white) for animation consistency.
