Move and tweak demos/session plan (Intro to Backend) #122

Description

@adamblanchard

We have split up the old legacy node.js module to create multiple new modules. The first one, "Intro to Backend", is an intro module taught in our foundation course.

The learning goals, ie. the scope, of this new module can be found here.

This module is mostly completed content wise, apart from some of the in session demos.

Previously, teacher-live-coding was used to walk through demos for each week of the old nodejs module. Now we've split the content up, these need looking at again. We have two obvious options, but maybe other ideas exist:

  1. Pull out the demos in teacher-live-coding that are relevant in the scope of Intro to Backend only. Move them into the new module, and tweak if necessary.
  2. Write new session material/demos to cover the learning goals.

One thing to note: An additional scope that was not mentioned in the legacy node.js module, is we have officially introduced postman as a tool to use to test APIs. This is the first time trainees will see it and use it, so some demos using that tool and a little tutorial is necessary, before they practice it themselves.

In this task, it's mostly the Lesson Plan that should be updated to reflect the content we decide on.
