Replace callout annotation with gitbook syntax

The github markdown syntax for callouts, e.g "[!NOTE] Hello world" doesn't render on gitbook.

Gitbook has it's own template syntax with a widget for these callouts.

This task should replace the github markdown ones with the gitbook ones so program.hackyourfuture.dk renders them nicely.
