Frontend: Create React Week 4 Assignment

Context

The React module in the Frontend specialization uses the "Galatica Space Travel" app to provide assignments for weeks 1-3. Week 5's assignment consists of deploying the sessions's exercises to Vercel.

Description

For Week 4 we're missing an assignment. The week's topics are mainly React Context, but also Routing and Component libraries. A good assignment would probably cover React Context and include some Routing basics. Perhaps creating a navigation using Context? Maybe that's a bit artificial. The main blocker for me to come up with something, is that Context is so rarely useful and most often over-complicates a basic React applications.
