custom header date variable, opportunity to select a decade

Hi there! I have several questions.

1. Any way to show a years range in custom header? The only date variable I found is monthDate, but it wont show a years range, it will be empty when these props are true

showYearPicker={isShowSelectYear}
yearItemNumber={isShowSelectYear ? 11 : null}

but I need date variable to be as shown on first screen:

2. Is there any opportunity to give user a choice to select a decade? The only props I found in documentation, is showYearPicker, yearItemNumber but I need datepicker to give user opportunity to select a decade as shown on screen:
