Can you *prevent* an inputted value from being automatically changed to respect the min and max values defined?

Currently:

• I've set a Min and Max value on the datetime picker
• A user can input their own value by typing it in (this is super helpful in our use-cases)
• If the value is outside of the specified range, the date is silently and automatically changed to either the Min or Max date

Preferred Outcome:

1. If the value is outside of the specified range, the date is NOT changed, and I can catch that it's outside of the acceptable range upon submitting the form and throw up an error. OR
2. If the value is outside of the specified range, the date is NOT changed AND I can throw up an error onBlur
