Find out which variables are correlated with each other
Variables examples:

of hackathons participated in
- how many teams joined
- project won an award
- diverse team
- has participated in a team that failed
- role in team (first person to join usually is team lead)

of team members
- speed of aquiring team members: all joined at same time, or before

of different roles: are specialists more likely to join a winning team than generalists (e.g.: someone who says they're good at coding, healthcare, design, etc.)
- rejoined as same team vs. joined other teams
- diversity in roles (next hackathon, did they join as a different role)
