Registration Link+token is Email is broken

After submitting the registration details i receive the following in my mailbox

Hello user,

"please visit the following url to activate your account:

https://domain.com162bee471c36b55c2293fd073f57941d05e4fc9f"

The url appears to be connected with the token, thus user unable to register on server due to invalid link.
