Sequence parser

Sequence parser reads in xml sequence file and populates gui variables and saves sequence which will be run then.

Sequences have the structure:

# these variables are displayed in the favorites in the GUI
par1
par2
par3
camera_readout


ttl(866, duration, start) # these are the ttl and dds commands we already have
include (other sequence file)
