from/to doppler cooling/ state readout when assigning values over the max #70
Description
When using the to and from state readout / doppler cooling buttons in the gui and we want to assign a value that is below or above the maximum value in the state readout portion of the script scanner the value is not set in the sequence and no warning issued.
This results in experiments run with different values than assumed.
change should be to the case that either a warning is issue that the value is above the limit or the limit should be adapted.
