How Do I Know Whether The Latency Configuration That I sent is Processed by SRT?

I sent the following inputurl string
'srt://10.192.10.202:6001?peerlatency=2000&rcvlatency=2000' for spawning the srt-live-transmit thread as follows

ristreceiver = spawn('./srt/_build/srt-live-transmit', [-s:${flow_interval}, -statsout, -pf:${pformat}, inputurl, outputurl]);

I have the following questions:

1. How do I verify that SRT receiver processed the latency configuration (from the inputurl string) that I sent it?

2. Is there a command, wherein I can read back the configured latency values from SRT Receiver?

3. Does the peerlatency value of 2000 and rcvlatency value of 2000 equal to 2 seconds?

4. If I want to display the -statsout to terminal, do I just include the option as -statsout with no colon or value after -statsout?
