Getting stats from a broken connection

Once a connection has broken the stats become unavailable (srt_bstats fails with MN_CONNLOST).

It would be nice if stats were available for unconnected sockets (returning initial values) and broken sockets (returning final values).

This would make it possible to see the final values for accumulated (Total) stats like packet and byte counters after they have ceased to increase.
