Update all pages to the new design

Several pages on the site still use the old design. We should finish porting these pages and then delete the old layouts and styles.

Many of these are obsolete anyway and can either have their content archived or deleted in some way.

Feed

This desperately needs a design overhaul since we want to use this for all "see more" links from various timeline views. This therefore needs more to track the work...TODO.

Episode guides (primarily HMH)

We should perhaps re-evaluate how we present our version of the episode guide and primarily just link to Casey's at https://guide.handmadehero.org/. But, it's not a bad thing to have a mirror imo.

Since we have no intent of continuing this initiative, we could probably just gut the whole thing and port the content to static pages for posterity. TODO?

Old static pages

These pages hearken from the old days of HMN projects when the previous admin team wanted all projects to post monthly updates and carefully manage their lifecycles. This never really worked and most of this is vestigial and not even worth preserving imo.
