How to change Theme colors default

Hello.

I'm trying to change some default colors but can't seem to do it..

How can I change the default dark/light color for the header for example? I can't seem to find the documentation or the correct key..

Also how can I change the selected item color in datagrid/listview after lost focus? I want to maintain the same color but it changes to gray:

Thanks, I was following the docs you mentioned, but didn't know I had to use the "RegionBrush" property.
