If you mean "would I be able to access doors that are normally time-restricted" then it's possible, but probably as a mod rather than as an enhancement.

We already have a "Can pull graves during the day" enhancement, I would consider this and maybe things like skulls appearing during the day to be the same "is this a mod"ness as that, for lack of a better term.
