Description
When taking an existing app built and deployed on other platforms with standard design practices and third party libraries, agents struggle to embrace the Harper best practices during the conversion process, even after reading the existing skills (March 2026).
There is a continued tendency to use third party libraries rather than Harper (example, trying to run Vite server rather than the Vite plugin, using Google oAuth rather than Harper plugin) even after explicitly being instructed and pointed at those examples.
It seems like a "review" or "evaluate" skill from an architect perspective would be helpful, specifically identifying built in Harper functionality and plugins to leverage more efficiently to adopt the "Harper way." This could be interpreted very broadly, but for the scope of this issue it would be focused specifically on porting existing from other platforms to Harper, not "make my Harper app better."
