TRANSFER_FROM_FAILED on calling lockLPToken

Hi
I have cloned your contract for learning purpose and deployed it using my factory address on Polygon Mumbai.
And i called approve function of my LP token on the cloned cryptex-Lock contract address by using some JS script (as explorer is not providing interface due to the fact that contract for LP token has not been verified & published )

But still when i call the lockLPToken function from smartContract it always produces
"execution reverted: TransferHelper: TRANSFER_FROM_FAILED",

After alot of try i am still not getting why it is showing such behaviour.
