PostgreSQL Full Text Search Engine for Laravel Scout

If your using PostgreSQL as your database engine this allows you to use the built in Full Text Search through Laravel Scout.

I've forked it from the original repo as it no longer seems to be maintained since Laravel v8. Updated to work with Laravel v9 and v10. Using static analysis to clean up the code page. Larastan/phpstan is currently at level 8.
