Issues with popup menu from trayIcon #216

Describe the bug
First off I am using Maui. The trayicon shows up and the popup menu works, but icons configured on the MenuFlyoutItems do not display and the current dark mode theme is not honored. I tried setting ContentMenuMode to SecondWindow but then when I left click the tray icon that app crashes without any error in the debug log.
