Pixel perfect in fullscreen and unusual resolution

I'm trying to render 320x200 pixelart in fullscreen while maintaining conform/equal size pixels, and was under the impression that this was feasable in HF. Have I got this wrong?

A couple of notes:

• I am aware of the PixelPerfectScaleMode but that only works when scaling by integer factors (I'm ok with horisontal but not vertical borders/boxes).
• An example by Austin East appeared to do the trick but produced the familiar mix of rectangular and square pixels at this resolution (320x200). Pixels were crisp but not equal in size or shape.
• Ability to rotate sprites is not relevant.

Apologies for my layman terminology. I hope you get what I'm going for anyway.
