Bring back the previous screen after saving the test result

• Expected behavior:

After saving the hearing test result, the user should see a confirmation alert dialog.
Once the dialog is acknowledged (e.g., pressing "OK"), the app should navigate back to the hearing test welcome screen.

• Current behavior:

App stays in the results page.
