HDT freezes when HS is opened/running #4701

Actual Behavior
as soon as i open HS, HDT freezes. No tracker, not recording any matches, doesnt response to any clicks in HDT.
Doesnt matter if i start HS first or HDT first.
When frozen, it stays frozen. If i close HS, nothing changes. Have to end HDT by TaskManager
Steps to reproduce behavior
Yes, always behaves like that.
Tried to uninstall-> install HDT, HS and battlenet. No change.
Tried to run HDT as admin, HS as admin battlenet as admin in all combinations.
Tried combability mode Win8 and Win7
When i re-install HDT this massage appears (see below), but as mentioned above, i tried running with or without admin. Is there any other option to withdraw admin-privleges then right-click -> preferences -> compability -> UNcheck "Run as admin"?
