Error when make target "libheekstinyxml.so"

I trying to build with Debian Buster followed https://github.com/Heeks/heekscnc/wiki/Build-Debian-Packages and https://github.com/Heeks/heekscnc/blob/master/README.md.
Both fail with "make[2]: *** No rule to make target '/usr/local/lib/libheekstinyxml.so', needed by 'bin/libheekscnc.so.0.5.1'. Stop."
What to do?

Hmm... There was a broken symlink '/usr/local/lib/libheekstinyxml.so'.
