The very first addon/shield for the D1 Mini Pro board turned out to be not energy efficient enough. Therefor I dicided to develop a compete new ESP32 board with everthing on board and only 35mm diameter. This PCB is curretly in fabrication and is a more complex 4 layer design including high frequency antenna design, battery charging and DC-DC converter and a RGB Led instead of multiple LEDs (that was annoying). It is likely, that I need another revision to make it perfect. Here are some picture of the Sensor PCB V1.0. At the end it will be very easy to utilize, just connect a sensor mechanics and a battery, verything else is optional:
