Tutorial not working !

Following documentation here to install lib dependencies in Arduino IDE (https://github.com/HelTecAutomation/HeltecDocs/blob/master/en/source/esp32/lorawan/config_parameter.md) but I never get the options to show up in Arduino Tools Menu unless I have well the correct board selected !
I installed by dwonloading zip from here and installing it in Arduino through Sketch -> Include Library.

The LoRaWAN library must work together with WiFi Kit series framework.
