Because 0315 was to fix issues with installation, I assumed that if you had
were able to receive the notifications that 0315 existed, then you did not
need it. This was intentional.

sorry I didn't have a chance yet to attach details, I was mobile at the time. The problem they were having was that rotaries didn't work (fixed in 0308) and they resolved it by upgrading to 0315. This suggests they were stuck at 0226 for some reason. Because we don't have real log rotation, I don't think we have any information beyond that. Maybe windows Event viewer could be checked to see what version of Helios was uninstalled as part of the upgrade?
For now, this is just a "try to repro this" item. Just need to install 226 and see if it pushes the new one or not.
