Describe the Helios Issue
When both Helios and Helios Developer Tools are installed, and an uninstall of Helios Developer Tools is preformed, files laid down
by the Helios installer will be removed. This certainly causes Helios to fail to uninstall, but it will likely cause issues with Profile Explorer and Control Center.
This can be circumvented by going into Windows "Add or Remove programs" and performing a repair operation on Helios.
Steps to Reproduce the problem
Install Helios from the msi
Install Helios Developer Tools from the msi
uninstall Helios Developer Tools
uninstall Helios
Pop-up shows to say that HeliosInstallerSupport.dll cannot be found, and the uninstall rolls back.
Expected behavior
All of the files laid down by an installation of Helios should remain following an uninstall of Helios Developer Tools.
