WSA data products in helios #86
Description
The Wang-Sheeley-Arge (WSA) model provides many data products that are of scientific interest. We should explore the ingestion and display WSA data products in helios. The CCMC runs WSA - see https://ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov/models/WSA~5.4 .
There is much to explore here:
- which data products should be shown
- how the data products should be made available to helios (access via API? webpage scraping? log in and rsync?)
- is any special processing required on the WSA/CCMS side to make the data products usable for helioviewer, or can it be done on the helioviewer side
- Required UI and UX elements in helios
- How users of WSA data may expect to interact with the data.
