Lanes quest does not allow the user to specify "one lane total"

How to Reproduce

1. Try to answer the lanes quest for a road where there's only one lane (cars have trouble passing)
2. Fail

Expected Behavior
Quest allows the user to specify that this road only has one lane (not two, one in each direction).

Does it happen in normal StreetComplete?
I don't know, but SCEE always had custom handling for lanes (SC's was quite... lacking), so it's either a regression (bug request) or something else, in which case this is a feature request.
