License conflict #50

Description

@arcodergh

Hi team,

I am interested in using helix-py for a project, but I found some conflicting information regarding the license.

The README.md states that the library is licensed under AGPL. However, I noticed the repository contains LICENSE-APACHE and LICENSE-MIT files, which suggests it might be dual-licensed or available under permissive terms.

Could you please clarify if this client SDK is available under the Apache 2.0 or MIT license?

If it is strictly AGPL, it limits the ability to integrate the client into closed-source or proprietary Python applications due to the copyleft requirements.

Thanks for your help!
