Create a basic Id- card template with taking input by the user with the help of javascript user input and put that data taken as input by the user into your ID- card template and try to make it as attractive as your can .
Here is the example you can create id card like this as shown in below example.

Note:- There is no need of Database and profile photo You can make it as simple as you can with using Window prompt function.
