Port to OpenFOAM 9 #17

Hello,
I am working on a simulation of non-Newtonian spray formation using rheoTool and LES on OpenFOAMv9.
I am using AMR in 3D and am aiming to run simulations on up to 1024 cores .
On-the-fly load balancing could be very useful there.
Would it be possible to port the load balancing code to OpenFOAM 9 so that I can use it?
