I'm having trouble

I'm getting this problem while trying to start it I get "pvz_widescreen.exe - System error The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" I've reinstalled it and it didn't fix it so what am I doing wrong?
