Launcher not launching

History. I had the launcher working but I couldn't get GOG games to play full screen.
Did a lot of "fixes" suggested on the official DosBox forums but nothing worked.
It was suggested that since the Heroic Launcher was now "fixed" maybe I needed to clean out my Linux files so I saved a copy of the Heroic Launcher .deb and disabled Linux on the Chromebook.
Machine restart
re-enabled Linux per https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/9145439?hl=en and update/upgraded.

Download the file ending in .deb from the latest release.
Double-click it to open it up in your Software Manager, or run sudo dpkg -i heroic_*_amd64.deb to install it directly:
Now I am where I was about 2 months ago with the LAUNCHER ICON just sitting and spinning.
