Hello to anyone reading this post, I installed RDR 2 using Heroic Launcher on linux mint adding this environment variable: WINEDLLOVERRIDES = vulkan-1=n,b; to fix the failing start attempts.
The game starts without problems now, but once I press enter to play the main story I get stack in the loading screen, and the same thing happen with red dead online.
I already tried turning off V-sync and triple buffering. I also tried to switch to Directx 12, but when I did the game stopped starting, and I had to reset the whole settings.
The only other two options enabled in the heroic game settings are the E-Sync and the F-Sync, but also if I disable them the problem remains.
Does anyone have an idea to fix this annoying problem?
I thought that a solution could be executing the game using the directx12, but in that case the game doesn't start, and I'm pretty sure that's for the environment variable.
