Games Start Offscreen and Cannot be Interacted With (macOS Heroic+GPTK)

Starting up a game with Heroic and GPTK results in this behavior. The game loads for about 5 seconds in a window, and then goes offscreen and cannot be interacted with. How am I supposed to fix this?
