Integrate winetricks/winecfg with linux packages?

Is it possible to integrate winetricks/winecfg with the launcher packages for linux? Installing them individually pulls along a whole host of hundreds of other dependencies in some distros which are unnecessary when using steam/proton from flatpak and thus keeping the system clean becomes impossible.
