EGS achievements without overlay #4408

Hello, I played several games from EGS with Heroic and I get achievements with an overlay notification (e.g. Hitman 3 or Cat Quest 2). Now for the first time, I play an EGS game with achievement but without overlay support: Hardspace Shipbreaker. It seems I am not getting any achievement on my EGS player profile. I would like to know if Heroic supports EGS achievement for games without overlay support.

Ok, I found the solution and I'll wrote it here in case others have the same problem. The game DOES support the overlay. However you need to go to the options in-game and enable "data collection". Then, after restart, the overlay will be active and the achievements will be tracked. Ok, I found the solution and I'll wrote it here in case others have the same problem.
The game DOES support the overlay. However you need to go to the options in-game and enable "data collection".
Then a browser tab will open and ask you to share your sweet sweet EGS profile info with the makers of the game 🫤
Then, after restart, the overlay will be active and the achievements will be tracked.
