Update CI devstack configuration for OneView CI #8
Description
As OpenStack Ironic developer, I access logs from the execution of community maintained Integration Tests in a environment without Nova installed.
The community is currently maintaining a set of integration tests run by all CI (including third-party ones) servers. OneView CI deployment launches a few components beside Ironic and by launching Nova among them we are bound to use a set of slower tests depending on nova for launching new instances. There is a new set of Ironic standalone tests expected to be faster. Changes need to be performed on the customized version of project-config for an OneView third party CI.
