vscode-css-languageservice is not a language server

Maybe this is nothing but a minor nitpick, but isn't vscode-css-languageservice technically not a language server? It might be misleading to put it in this list, particularly for those using manual configurations and expecting drop-in LSP servers. Great list though :3
