Trademark Policy

This repository contains software made available under the Apache License 2.0. That license applies to code and documentation, but not to HeySalad trademarks.

Ownership

  • HeySalad is a registered trademark of HeySalad Inc. (UK00004063403).
  • All rights in the HeySalad name, logo, and brand assets are reserved.

Permitted without separate approval

  • Accurate, nominative references such as "built on HeySalad CTO".
  • Reproducing trademark notices required by the LICENSE or NOTICE file.

Not permitted without written permission

  • Using "HeySalad" in product, company, package, or domain names in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or official status.
  • Using HeySalad logos, stylized marks, or trade dress.
  • Marketing derivative builds as official HeySalad releases.

Required wording for derivatives and redistributions

"This product includes software developed by HeySalad Inc. HeySalad is a registered trademark of HeySalad Inc. (UK00004063403). Use of the HeySalad name and logo is not granted by the software license."
