Writing this down here so I dont forget

• A helper function that takes a technology string and an anndata / mudata as input and sets the spatial graph to an appropriate preset with squidpy and sl.distance2connectivity
• Checking if spatial neighbors / feature neighbors are available in all mudatas and notifying the user they forgot a preparation step / have a malformed object
• Brainstorm ideas around the layer weighting input formatting, maybe there are already similiar tools

Regarding your three points (in the same order)

• I am not sure whether I would add that to the package as that would pull further dependencies. But, nevertheless it is a good idea to at least add this to the documentation for now.
• Agreed, some further improvement would increase usability.
• Not sure what exactly you are referring to. Could you elaborate?
